Working predominantly with sculpture and installation, Hannah's practice explores interior architectural space and narrative.
She works with fabric, and recycled objects, manipulating them in and around negative space. Trying to guide the viewer with a narrative; influencing their experience through short fictional texts that sometimes personify the sculptures. Hannah sees the idea of other beings as fascinating; the thing that you see in the corner of your eye or the shadowy masses in the dark after the lights have been switched off. She’s intrigued by biomorphic strangeness, of the existence of the different and the unfamiliar.
