ArtWaves festival is back, albeit digitally for 2021!
The team has curated an online programme full of workshops, demonstrations, clips and activities for you to get creative virtually.
Alongside this you can still explore the Visual Art Trail and Environmental Monster Trail in person following our trail maps: free to download or to buy as part of our get creative at home pack.
Don't forget we're also hosting an 'ArtWaves Spin Off' in the summer, installations, live art, walkabout puppets and a gallery tour. For now you can save the date with more details expected shortly.
The Happiness Sum is a playful, interactive artwork. It asks us to consider what activities bring us happiness and how much! By following Bentham’s set of measures we explore and interrogate the activity to see if in our fast-paced society, we are maximising our happiness potential! It encourages us to compare and contrast different activities, our own and other’s to see which ones are getting the 'high scorers' and why?
We will email you the latest competition news, keep you up-to-date on the festival, let you know when competitions open and publicise prize-winners.
